By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket to this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Event Information

The Bailey Zimmerman Concert is hosted by Kaulig Companies at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio. This is an outdoor, weather-permitting event. Event details, schedules, performers, parking, and entry procedures are subject to change.

All Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled.

Refunds will not be issued if you can no longer attend, arrive late, leave early, or choose not to attend.

Weather & Event Cancellation

This event is weather permitting. If the event is cancelled in its entirety, refunds will be issued to eligible ticket purchasers.

Refund instructions and event updates will be sent via email and/or SMS to the contact information provided at purchase.

Ticket Delivery

Event information and tickets will be sent electronically via email and/or SMS. Tickets may be presented on a mobile device or printed for entry.

Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Kaulig Companies and the event organizers are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, spam filters, carrier issues, or deleted messages.

Event Communications

By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, you agree to receive event-related communications, including ticket delivery, schedule updates, weather notices, parking information, and important event details by email and/or SMS. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing Communications & Opt-In

If you opt in during registration or ticket purchase, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Kaulig Companies, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and event-related entities.

These communications may include future event announcements, presale opportunities, special offers, promotions, and related updates.

Marketing consent is not required to purchase tickets. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. For SMS marketing messages, you may opt out by replying STOP or following the instructions in the message. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Prohibited Items

Outside alcohol, outside food or beverages, weapons, illegal substances, professional cameras, drones, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, fireworks, and any item deemed unsafe by event staff or venue management are not permitted.

All attendees and belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.

Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to act safely and respectfully. Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee without refund for disorderly conduct, intoxication, illegal activity, harassment, failure to follow venue policies, or possession of prohibited items.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, weather-related conditions, transportation issues, and acts of other attendees or third parties.

By attending, you assume all risks related to the event, including risks in parking areas, shuttle areas, rideshare zones, entrances, exits, and throughout the venue.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaulig Companies, Firestone Country Club, event sponsors, performers, vendors, contractors, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, theft, delay, cancellation-related impacts, or claims arising from attendance at the event, except where prohibited by law.

Photography, Video & Recording

By entering the event, you grant Kaulig Companies and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, livestream, record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and appearance.

Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, editorial, commercial, or other lawful purposes without compensation or further approval.

Parking, Shuttles & Rideshare

Attendees must follow all posted and communicated parking, shuttle, rideshare, and traffic instructions. Event organizers are not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, towing, delays, transportation disruptions, or personal property left in vehicles.

Ticket Fraud & Unauthorized Resale

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid and may not be honored. Event organizers reserve the right to cancel any tickets believed to be obtained through fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or commercial purposes without prior written approval from Kaulig Companies.

Force Majeure

Event organizers are not responsible for delays, changes, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, utility failures, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Ohio.
